- 這篇文章提醒得很好！我常常覺得鞋子還能穿就繼續穿，但都沒有注意到鞋底磨損或腳的不適感會影響表現和健康。看來以後要更注意我的GT Cut了，不能等到完全壞掉才換。

- Good point about replacing shoes when the sole starts wearing down because grip and support can change a lot over time. Nike trainers may still look fine from the outside, but if the cushioning feels flat or the outsole is worn, they are not the same for daily use or sport. - 真的，GT Cut 系列雖然好穿，但鞋底磨平後抓地力真的差很多。我之前也是沒注意鞋面變形，結果打球差點扭到腳，大家真的要定期檢查自己的裝備啊。
